SAMICK INDONESIA, has decided to provide a debt guarantee amounting to 24,586 million KRW for the loan borrowed from Shinhan Bank's Indonesia branch. This amount corresponds to 10.97% of its equity capital, and the debt guarantee period is until May 18, 2021.
