[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Daeseop] KCC announced on the 18th that it has launched a 'kitchen-exclusive system window' that secures a refreshing sense of openness and sophisticated design.
The newly introduced kitchen-exclusive system window reduces the thickness of the window frame and increases the glass area to provide a refreshing sense of openness. Compared to existing sliding windows, the frame thickness is reduced by about 60%, and the handle and ventilation window are arranged on one side of the window to minimize obstructed views.
This new product also features thermal insulation performance. The inside of the window frame consists of a multi-chamber structure that blocks heat flow in multiple stages, and triple-layer insulated glass is applied. According to the company, the design is also elegantly presented through aluminum caps that enhance the exterior and colored glass matching the window color.
A KCC official said, "Existing kitchen windows were simply for ventilation, but recently, with the trend of valuing views, there is increasing demand for thin and sophisticated windows that maximize openness while maintaining thermal insulation performance," adding, "We will continue to create better products loved by customers centered on KCC window's excellent product quality, prompt installation service, and the headquarters' quality assurance system."
