Act Signs Agreement on Change of Management Rights

[Asia Economy Reporter Minji Lee] Act announced on the 18th that its largest shareholder, Semiconlight, transferred shares to seven individuals designated by Meridian Holdings, and the seven individuals plan to hold the shares for the purpose of simple investment.

The main transferee is expected to acquire 2,051,282 new shares from the company's planned paid-in capital increase for about 10 billion KRW, thereby taking over management rights from the company's largest shareholder.
