Hyundai Engineering is attracting attention from consumers for ‘Hillstate Cheongnyangni The First,’ scheduled for sale in May. This complex draws interest as it features the ‘Hillstate brand’ along with apartment-like floor plans and excellent design.
‘Hillstate Cheongnyangni The First,’ preparing for sale in May at 620-56 and 60 Jeonnong-dong, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, plans to maximize residential satisfaction by introducing specialized designs and systems for residents. The exclusive area types of 53㎡ and 84㎡ are designed with 3Bay and 4Bay slab-type structures respectively, allowing for cross ventilation and excellent lighting and ventilation.
Some units offer ample storage spaces such as dressing rooms and pantries to enhance space efficiency. Additionally, the complex will showcase a unique facade concept by applying an urban pattern inspired by the name ‘Cheongnyangni (淸凉里),’ meaning a place with cool and refreshing winds, incorporating the design patterns of traditional Korean windows. The complex consists of 3 buildings ranging from basement level 5 to a maximum of 43 floors above ground, with exclusive areas from 37 to 84㎡, totaling 486 residential officetel units.
The specialized designs applied to Hillstate Cheongnyangni The First are also noteworthy. The air shower system is equipped with an H13-grade filter capable of blocking 99.97% of ultrafine dust, and features include a heat exchange indoor ventilation system, a one-pass system that automatically opens the main entrance and calls the elevator when carrying a smartphone, and Hillstate’s integrated platform Hi-oT, which allows control of home appliances via a smartphone app. Furthermore, themed landscaping will be implemented for each building, and facilities designed in harmony with the surroundings will be installed, providing an environment comparable to apartments.
The complex boasts an excellent location right in front of Exit 6 of Cheongnyangni Station, known as the best transportation hub in northeastern Seoul, and is expected to be highly popular due to the ‘Hillstate’ brand premium.
The location in front of Cheongnyangni Station, where 10 lines are expected to pass in the future, is also noteworthy. Currently, six lines including Line 1, Bundang Line, and Gyeongui-Jungang Line pass through Cheongnyangni Station, with four additional lines planned. This excellent location allows quick access to major business districts such as Jongno, Gwanghwamun, Gangnam, Jamsil, and Yeouido, offering the advantage of proximity to workplaces. Moreover, significant development projects such as the GTX B and C lines and the ‘Cheongnyangni General Market Area Urban Regeneration Activation Plan’ are planned, enhancing future value.
Road conditions are also excellent. Using Wangsan-ro, Gosan-ja-ro, Cheonho-daero, Naebu Sunhwan-ro, and Dongbu Expressway, it is easy to travel anywhere in Seoul and nationwide. Over 60 bus routes connecting Seoul and the metropolitan area are available around the complex.
Another notable point is that ‘Hillstate Cheongnyangni The First’ is surrounded by abundant infrastructure and a strong demand base. Lotte Department Store (Cheongnyangni branch), Lotte Mart (Cheongnyangni branch), Homeplus (Dongdaemun branch), Yakryeong Market, Gyeongdong Market, Cheongnyangni Wholesale Market, and Cheongnyangni Agricultural and Marine Products Market are all within walking distance. Additionally, the complex is surrounded by pleasant environments such as Gande-me Park, Yongdu Park, Hongneung Neighborhood Park, Dapsimni Park, Baebongsan Neighborhood Park, Cheonggyecheon Stream, and Jungnangcheon Stream, and is close to large medical facilities including Kyung Hee University Hospital, Hanyang University Hospital, Seoul Samyook Hospital, and Seoul Sacred Heart Hospital.
The demand base near the project site is also impressive. Within a 3km radius, there are seven universities including University of Seoul, Korea University, Sungshin Women’s University, Hanyang University, Kyung Hee University, Hankuk University of Foreign Studies, and KAIST, indicating abundant demand from professors, researchers, staff, and students.
The model house for ‘Hillstate Cheongnyangni The First’ will be located at 92-62 Sinseol-dong, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul.
