As soon as the chatroom operator finished speaking, about 100 participants shouted out numbers. A few minutes later, when the dice rolled in the operator's hand and a number appeared, some shouted in excitement while others sighed. Those who guessed the number proudly cheered, "I got it right." The IDs of the participants who guessed correctly were called out. They received a private message from the operator containing a link to another chatroom. Clicking this link unleashed hundreds of real-time sexual exploitation videos featuring young-looking women.

With the arrest of Moon Hyung-wook (24), known as 'GodGod,' who first created the 'Nth Room,' all major operators involved in the series of Nth Room incidents have been apprehended by the police. However, on Telegram, group chatrooms sharing child and youth sexual exploitation materials continue to be created and repeatedly 'blown up.' The 'Dice Room' is one of them. The operator of this chatroom, nicknamed 'Kiki,' boasted that, like 'Doctor' Jo Joo-bin (24) and Moon, he produces videos targeting minors. After Moon's identity was revealed, this room was blown up and operator Kiki disappeared.

Our publication recently conducted undercover reporting over several days on the actual situation of sexual exploitation video sharing in the Telegram Dice Room. The Dice Room operated by sharing sexual exploitation materials only with a select few chosen through a game-based competition. Since there appeared to be no monetary transactions such as entrance fees, it is understood that the room was operated for 'fun,' similar to Nth Room operator Moon.

After observing this process for about two weeks, the reporter succeeded in entering the so-called 'Success Room,' where sexual exploitation videos directly produced by Kiki were shared, via the Dice Room in the early hours of the 11th. In this room, videos featuring women who appeared younger or had longer playtimes than those posted in the 'Kiki Playground' sub-room were shared. However, Kiki was extremely cautious about sharing sexual exploitation videos he claimed to have produced himself. When participants repeatedly asked when 'directly produced videos' would be uploaded, he replied, "Existing members oppose it, so we are currently monitoring (the timing of distribution)." This suggests that, like Nth Room operator Moon, he managed multiple rooms simultaneously.

When the reporter approached Kiki to verify whether he actually produced the videos, he hinted several times that he was producing them himself, saying, "(Other members) told me not to distribute them, so I am keeping my promise," and "Only the voice of OO (presumed to be the victim's name) has been leaked." In the Kiki Playground, there were also 'reviews' from those who entered the Success Room relatively early and watched Kiki's produced videos. The reviews included comments such as "Kiki's videos are special compared to previous ones," and "It is an honor to see Kiki's work."

While storing and distributing sexual exploitation materials is punishable, directly producing them is a far more serious criminal act. The reporter contacted Kiki multiple times to obtain evidence that he had produced the videos himself but was ultimately unable to confirm it. The reporter provided the police with evidence of criminal circumstances found within the Dice Room during the investigation. A National Police Agency official stated, "Even after the arrests of Jo Joo-bin and Moon Hyung-wook, we will strictly investigate all remaining obscene material distribution chatrooms on Telegram and respond firmly."
