[Asia Economy Reporter Yujin Cho] Samsung C&T Fashion Division's Beanpole Accessories announced on the 14th that it has released the summer season's representative item, the 'Foret Bag,' embodying its core value of sustainability, in a new design this year.
Named after the French word for 'forest,' 'Foret,' the Foret Bag was first launched last summer season and received positive responses from consumers for its meaning of sustainability as well as its design and functionality.
The Foret Bag's material is eco-friendly, having obtained environmental production certifications from the US GreenGuard and Europe's Oeko-Tex. The material is heat-coated without dyeing, resulting in almost no wastewater generation, minimizing harmful substances that could be emitted during the process.
This summer season, the Foret Bag is newly available in a gingham check pattern alongside the popular organic beige color from last year. The gingham check Foret Bag features Beanpole's 30th anniversary heritage check pattern. It adds Beanpole's unique sensibility and is given a green color for a fresher and more nature-friendly feel.
The Foret Bag is made of mesh material with minimal metal decorations, making it very lightweight and breathable. It is not only durable but also has antibacterial, stain-resistant, and water-resistant functions. Additionally, the handle and strap knots can be adjusted to the preferred length for convenience.
Beanpole Accessories' Foret Bag is available at stores nationwide and on Samsung C&T Fashion Division's integrated online mall, SSF Shop.
