Sahakyeongeum, 2020 New and Experienced Employee Document Screening Competition Rate 171 to 1

[Asia Economy Reporter Minji Lee] The Private School Teachers' Pension Service (hereinafter referred to as the Private School Pension) announced on the 13th that approximately 3,900 applicants applied for the 2020 new and experienced staff recruitment document screening, recording a competition rate of 171 to 1.

The number of new staff to be hired is 20, and the document screening passers, selected at 50 times the number of planned hires, will be announced on the 28th. Afterward, final selection will be made through a written test and two rounds of interviews.

The number of experienced staff to be hired is 3. Applying five times the number of hires, the document screening passers (15 people) will be announced on the 11th of next month. The final candidates will be selected through one interview conducted in June.

The Private School Pension plans to complete all 2020 new and experienced staff recruitment by early August through these document screenings and interview processes.
