[Asia Economy Intern Reporter Kang Juhee] Min Kyung-wook, a member of the Future United Party who has raised suspicions of early voting manipulation in the April 15 general election, has offered a reward for whistleblowers reporting election fraud targeting ethnic Koreans residing in China.

On the 13th, Min posted on his Facebook, "To all ethnic Koreans residing in Korea from China, please provide tips that can reveal this election fraud."

He added, "For decisive evidence and tips received today, I will offer 5 million won; tomorrow, 4 million won; on the 15th, 3 million won; on the 16th, 2 million won; and on the 17th, 1 million won," specifying the exact amounts.

He further stated, "It can be your own story or someone else's. Hurry up. The reward decreases by 1 million won each day."

Meanwhile, the National Election Commission (NEC) confirmed on the 12th that the ballot paper disclosed by Min was lost at the Guri City NEC office in Gyeonggi Province and requested the Supreme Prosecutors' Office to investigate the leak.

In response, Min said on his Facebook the same day, "The NEC says it will consider filing charges against me, but if the police or prosecutors investigate me, it means the investigation into election fraud has begun. Thank you." He added, "I will gladly spill my blood for the foundation of protecting liberal democracy. Arrest me."
