This apartment complex, located in Sapa District, Seongsan-gu, Changwon City, Block Gong1, consists of 17 buildings ranging from 3 basement floors to 15 above-ground floors, with 1,045 units sized between 55 and 86㎡ (exclusive area).
The complex is designed to block fine dust at the entrance by applying a fine dust reduction specialized system. Fine dust is blocked from entering indoors by air showers at the entrance of each main building, and fine dust is purified at each unit's entrance using brush purifiers and air shower purifiers equipped with HEPA filters. Additionally, outdoor air quality sensors are installed within the complex to monitor the fine dust concentration in real time for residents living there.
A Bando Construction official stated, "Due to the recent increase in consumer demand, we applied a fine dust reduction specialized system designed to block fine dust at the entrance," adding, "The complex is surrounded on four sides by forests including Changwon Football Center, Daebang Sports Park, Gaeumjeong Park, and Bi-eumsan, making it a forest-adjacent complex that maximizes air purification effects both inside and outside the home."
