[Asia Economy Reporter Park Jong-il] On the 8th, Lee Jung-hoon, Mayor of Gangdong-gu, attended the Parents' Day commemorative event held at the Gangdong-gu Haegong Senior Welfare Center to celebrate Parents' Day, personally pinning carnations on the elderly and expressing gratitude and respect.

He also participated in the 'Thanks to Challenge' with over 30 seniors using the thumbs-up sign language gesture, expressing appreciation to the medical staff working hard to overcome COVID-19 and to each other.

Lee Jung-hoon, Mayor of Gangdong-gu, said, "In May, the month of family, I am glad to see mothers and fathers after a long time.
