Next Week, 6,733 Households Including 'Ujangsan Sup I-Park' to Be Offered for Sale


[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Yuri] Next week, a total of 6,733 households nationwide, including 'Ujangsan Sup I-Park,' will be put up for sale.


According to Real Estate 114 on the 9th, in the second week of May, a total of 6,733 households (4,571 general sales) will begin sales across 10 complexes nationwide. Developments such as 'Ujangsan Sup I-Park' in Hwagok-dong, Gangseo-gu, Seoul; 'Shin Dongtan Foret Jaie' in Banwol-dong, Hwaseong-si, Gyeonggi; 'Goyang Samsong Woomi Rapiano' in Sinwon-dong, Goyang-si, Gyeonggi; and 'Cheongna International City Station Prugio City (Officetel)' in Cheongna-dong, Seo-gu, Incheon are scheduled to be supplied.


Model houses are preparing to open at 15 project sites nationwide, including 'Wirye New Town Woomi Lin 2nd Phase' in Hakam-dong, Hanam-si, Gyeonggi; 'Gwangmyeong Prugio Centber' in Gwangmyeong-dong, Gwangmyeong-si, Gyeonggi; 'Sokcho The Ocean Xi' in Dongmyeong-dong, Sokcho-si, Gangwon; and 'The Sharp Gwangju Forest' in Munheung-dong, Buk-gu, Gwangju. With abundant supply, the May sales market is expected to be vibrant.


HDC Hyundai Development Company will supply 'Ujangsan Sup I-Park' in the area of 1027-50 Hwagok-dong, Gangseo-gu, Seoul. It consists of 10 buildings, ranging from 59 to 84㎡ (exclusive area), with 2 basement floors to 15 above-ground floors. Out of a total of 576 households, 242 will be offered to the general public. This is a forest-adjacent complex near Ujangsan, Sumyeongsan, and Bongjesan, promising a pleasant residential environment. In terms of transportation, Hwagok Station and Ujangsan Station on Subway Line 5 are within walking distance, and the Western Metropolitan Railroad (Wonjong-Hongdae Line) and the extension project of Subway Line 2 (Cheongna-Hongdae) are planned. It is also easy to access urban areas via Gangseo-ro, Olympic-daero, Hwagok-ro, and Gangbyeonbuk-ro. Convenience facilities such as Homeplus, E-Mart, Lotte Mart, NC Department Store, and Ewha Womans University Seoul Hospital are located around the complex. Shinwol Elementary School is within walking distance, and there are many schools nearby, including Naebalsan Elementary, Hwagok Elementary, Sinhwa Middle, Hwawon Middle, Myeongdeok Girls' High, Deokwon Arts High, and Hwagok High School.


Woomi Construction plans to supply 'Wirye New Town Woomi Lin 2nd Phase' in Block A3-2 of Wirye New Town, Hanam-si. This complex will consist of 7 buildings, ranging from 90 to 119㎡, with 2 basement floors to 25 above-ground floors, totaling 420 households. It is a follow-up complex to 'Wirye New Town Woomi Lin 1st Phase (875 households)' sold in May last year, with a combined scale of about 1,295 households for phases 1 and 2. The complex is close to Macheon Station on Line 5 and has easy access to major roads such as Songpa IC on the Seoul Outer Ring Road, Songpa-daero, and Dongbu Expressway. For lifestyle infrastructure, Starfield City (Wirye branch), Garden Five, and the street-type shopping mall Transit Mall are nearby, and an elementary school site is planned within walking distance of the complex.


Jeil Construction will sell 'Yangju Okjeong New Town Jeil Punggyeongchae Lake City' in Blocks A10-(1) and (2) on the east side of Okjeong New Town. It will be a total of 2,474 households ranging from 74 to 101㎡, with Block A10-(2) supplied first and Block A10-(1) scheduled for supply within the first half of the year. Nearby plans include Okjeong Station (planned) on the extension of Subway Line 7, GTX-C Line (planned), and the 2nd Outer Ring Road (planned). Elementary, middle, high schools, and kindergartens are adjacent to the complex.


GS Construction will supply 'Sokcho The Ocean Xi' in the area of 361-1 Dongmyeong-dong, Sokcho-si, Gangwon. The complex consists of 3 buildings, ranging from 84 to 131㎡, with 6 basement floors to a maximum of 43 above-ground floors, totaling 454 households. It is close to Sokcho Intercity Bus Terminal and Sokcho Port International Passenger Terminal, with easy access via Jungang-ro and Jangan-ro. The opening of the Seoul-Yangyang Expressway (East-West Expressway) in 2017 improved accessibility to Seoul. Surrounded by the sea on three sides, most households offer sea views, and community facilities such as the Sky Honors Club, fitness center, and screen golf will be provided within the complex.


Dongbu Construction will supply 'Duryu Centreville The City' in the area of 631-40 Duryu-dong, Dalseo-gu, Daegu. This complex consists of 5 buildings, ranging from 59 to 84㎡, with 2 basement floors to a maximum of 27 above-ground floors, totaling 333 households. All types are small to medium-sized. The old Duryu Water Purification Plant site in front of the complex will be developed into the new Daegu City Hall. Nearby Duryu Park offers a pleasant living environment, and the complex is located in a station area with easy access to Gamsam Station on Daegu Subway Line 2.


POSCO Construction will supply 'The Sharp Gwangju Forest' in the area of 876-6 Munheung-dong, Buk-gu, Gwangju. It will consist of 7 buildings, with a maximum of 39 above-ground floors, including 907 apartment units and 84 residential officetel units. It is adjacent to Homeplus (Dong Gwangju branch), the agricultural and marine products market, Gakhwa Elementary and Middle Schools, and Mudeung Library. Gwangju Hospital and Uam Hospital are also nearby. Access to Dong Gwangju, Munheung, and Gakhwa ICs is convenient.
