◆Agabang Company = On a consolidated basis, operating loss for the first quarter of this year was 5.2 billion KRW, a 145.2% decrease compared to the same period last year. Sales during the same period were 28.2 billion KRW, down 7.7%.
◆MedPacto = Decided on a 100% free capital increase, allocating one new share for each common share.
◆LOT Vacuum = Signed a supply contract with Samsung Electronics for dry vacuum pumps and plasma pretreatment systems for semiconductor processes (CVD, ETCH, DIFF) worth 9.3 billion KRW. This accounts for 6.17% of last year's sales.
◆PCL = Signed a supply contract for diagnostic kits worth 100 million KRW, which is 281.73% of last year's sales.
