[Asia Economy Intern Reporter Park Hee-eun] Actress Lee Ipsae (real name Lee Do-eun), who appeared in the drama 'Dae Jang Geum,' is getting married.
Lee Ipsae will tie the knot today (26th) at a hotel located in Hannam-dong, Yongsan-gu, Seoul. The groom-to-be is a businessman of the same age, and the couple has been dating for two years. The ceremony will be held on a small scale with only family members attending.
The day before the wedding, Lee Ipsae shared her feelings about getting married on her Instagram, saying, "It has been my dream to get married since I was twenty."
Meanwhile, Lee Ipsae debuted with MBC's '500 Years of Joseon Dynasty.' Her notable works include 'Dae Jang Geum,' 'Yi San,' and 'Ok Jung Hwa.'
In particular, she gained popularity for playing Yoon Young, a kitchen court lady who tormented Seo Jang Geum (played by Lee Young-ae) and Yeonsaeng (played by Park Eun-hye) in 'Dae Jang Geum.'
