The first mission, "That Song Back Then," was a game to guess popular songs from different eras. From Miss A to Wonder Girls songs were featured, and the actor team took the victory. The second mission, "Running Man Butt is Red," was a sentence word chain game. Contrary to Yoo Jae-suk's confidence that the comedians would excel, the comedian team finished last, and the singer team took first place.
Before the final mission, the production team revealed that today's race was actually a competition among four teams, not three, and that each team had a spy. They explained that if the members could identify two of the three spies, they would win. The members then proceeded with the last offense-defense tag hide-and-seek mission called "If You Get Tagged, You Die," along with the three spies.
After completing the final mission, the members pointed to Rowoon, Haha, and Yoo Jae-suk as the spies, but the actual spies were Yoo Jae-suk, Kim Jong-kook, and Lee Do-hyun. Since Rowoon and Haha were not spies, the spy team ultimately won.
