"Choi Kang-wook's Claim on Channel A Transcript Summary False"... MBC Internal Whistleblower Emerges On the 14th, a post by Bo-kyung Lee, MBC Editorial Writer / Photo by Bo-kyung Lee, Editorial Writer, captured from Facebook

[Asia Economy Intern Reporter Park Hee-eun] Lee Bo-kyung, MBC editorial writer, claimed that the summary of the Channel A reporter's transcript disclosed by Choi Kang-wook, the proportional representation candidate of the Open Democratic Party (former Blue House Public Service Discipline Secretary), is different from the facts.

On the 14th, Lee Bo-kyung, MBC editorial writer, posted on his Facebook, "I read all 56 pages of the Channel A transcript. There is no part where Choi Kang-wook said 'It doesn't matter even if it's not true' at all," he claimed. He added, "There can't be another transcript, right?"

The editorial writer said, "I read it all the way through, closing my eyes and massaging them in between," and added, "This is the transcript between Lee, a reporter from Channel A, and Ji, related to Lee Cheol, a trillion-won financial fraud suspect."

The transcript was released on the 10th by YouTuber Yoo Jae-il and contains a conversation between Channel A reporter Lee and whistleblower Ji regarding the 'prosecutor-media collusion' suspicion.

Earlier, Choi Kang-wook posted on Facebook on the 3rd under the title 'Summary of Channel A reporter's statements in the letter and transcript.'

The gist of the Channel A reporter's statement he revealed is as follows: "Representative Lee, it doesn't matter if it's not true. To save yourself, say you gave money to Yoo Si-min. Then it's over. We'll take care of the rest."

Choi added, "What more needs to be said? The prosecution and media's general election planning, this is exactly a coup d'?tat."

On the 31st of last month, MBC disclosed that Channel A reporter Lee met with Lee Cheol, former major shareholder of SillaJen and former CEO of Value Invest Korea, and pressured him to talk about the corruption of Yoo Si-min, director of the Roh Moo-hyun Foundation.

At that time, Channel A reporter Lee was known to have used his friendship with a current chief prosecutor. This fact was revealed when Ji, the proxy of former CEO Lee Cheol, reported it to MBC.
