[Asia Economy Intern Reporter Kim Yeon-ju] Actor Lee Tae-sung's mother expressed her affection for her grandson.

On the 12th, Lee Tae-sung's mother appeared on the SBS variety show 'My Ugly Duckling' (Miwoo-sae).

In the broadcast, Lee Tae-sung's mother mentioned her grandson Han Seung, saying, "When I take Han Seung around, 90% of the time people mistake him for a late-born child," and added, "I feel good when I hear that. Han Seung's grandfather really likes it."

She said, "It felt good, but when Han Seung was about four years old, we moved. Maybe because he met new friends in the new neighborhood, I saw children playing in the playground calling their mothers 'Mom,' and suddenly Han Seung called me 'Mom.' I was surprised for a moment, but I just pretended to be his mom, and that went on for a few months."

She continued, "I think from a young child's psychology, he wanted to tell his new friends, 'I have a mom too,'" and added, "After a few months, he called me 'Grandma' again, but my heart ached a lot when he called me 'Mom.'"

Hearing this, the MCs asked what kind of grandson Han Seung is to Lee Tae-sung's mother.

In response, Lee Tae-sung's mother said, "A grateful grandson," and expressed her affection, saying, "Han Seung's prenatal name was Bokgeun. We wished he would be the source of fortune, and since Han Seung was born, a lot of fortune has come. My menopausal depression disappeared, and he has allowed me to live more energetically."
