Through this design competition, the design proposal by the consortium led by Haenglim Architects & Engineers was selected. The Goyang Seongsa Innovation District project aims to create a regional innovation hub by complexly developing public rental housing for youth and newlyweds along with convenience facilities such as research and industrial support facilities and public parking lots utilizing the Wondang Station transfer parking lot. The project covers an area of 12,000㎡ with a budget of 252.5 billion KRW.
