Full-Scale Preparations Underway for the '2021 Wando International Seaweed Expo'

[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Choi Kyung-pil] The Wando International Seaweed Expo Organizing Committee announced on the 10th that it held a business briefing session on the 9th at the Seaweed Center to select the venue management and event agency for the '2021 Wando International Seaweed Expo.'

On that day, 30 people including company officials attended, showing high interest in the Wando International Seaweed Expo. The briefing included detailed explanations of the agency selection evaluation method and business contents by sector.

Going forward, the selection of the venue management and event agency will be finalized in June after a bidding announcement by the 22nd of next month.

Jung In-ho, Secretary General of the Wando International Seaweed Expo, stated, "We plan to select an agency with diverse know-how to provide programs that resonate with visitors, along with services prioritizing visitor convenience and safety."

The 2021 Wando International Seaweed Expo will be grandly held under the theme "Healing Sea, Seaweed Opening the Future of Hope" from April 23 to May 16, 2021, for 24 days at the Wando Beach Park area.
