Green Aloe Co., Ltd. (CEO Jeong Gwang-sook) has launched ‘Green Aloe AloeSte,’ a natural origin cosmetic product made primarily from organic aloe that excels in soothing and moisturizing the skin. Recognized as an eco-friendly product by consumers, it won the grand prize in the cosmetics category for five consecutive years at the ‘2020 Korea Premium Brand Awards’ hosted by the Korea Economic Daily.
AloeSte is a multifunctional cosmetic brand containing new plant-based ingredients designed to improve common modern skin concerns such as dryness, skin troubles, and wrinkles through home care.
All products contain organic aloe certified by the U.S. Department of Agriculture as the main ingredient, and instead of purified water, which is a basic raw material in cosmetics, they use lavender water, providing a distinctive competitive edge.
In particular, the preservation ingredients in the cosmetics are stabilized using natural origin materials rather than synthetic ones, enhancing the quality of the cosmetics so that even sensitive skin can be safely used.
Additionally, the company is building brand value with a management philosophy of not using a single percent of raw materials from China.
Reflecting this system, AloeSte’s steady seller ‘Natural Skincare 100’ contains 100% organic aloe extract, 17 types of plant ingredients that help soothe the skin, fish collagen, and low molecular weight hyaluronic acid, which aid in strengthening the immunity of skin cells.
A Green Aloe representative explained, “This product, composed of natural ingredients, protects the skin from external stimuli, provides long-lasting moisture for hydrated skin care, and enhances skin cell regeneration, helping to improve skin troubles.”
AloeSte has also launched a high-functionality line made from natural origin ingredients that can simultaneously address modern women’s skin concerns such as elasticity, wrinkles, whitening, skin texture, and pores.
It contains four types of fermented filtrates, three types of stem cells, EGF, peptide complexes, collagen, elastin, and gold, which are attracting attention as new materials, helping to purify the skin clearly and provide antioxidant benefits.
AloeSte has stabilized not only basic products but also color cosmetics with lavender water and natural origin ingredients.
The sunscreen contains functional ingredients such as plant extracts and peptide complexes that soothe skin tired from ultraviolet rays, and makeup products mainly contain plant-based ingredients to provide a light feel and create a smooth, porcelain-like radiant skin.
Joo Cha-mi, head of the Green Aloe Research Institute, stated, “AloeSte has focused on research and development of eco-friendly cosmetics to minimize skin irritation,” adding, “By introducing a natural preservation system into cosmetics, we will contribute to changing the paradigm of the cosmetic market.”
