[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Gukyeop] Good Neighbors Gwangju Jeonnam Headquarters (Director Park Byung-gi), an international relief and development NGO, announced on the 10th that it held a business agreement ceremony on the 9th with the Jeonnam Provincial Childcare Comprehensive Support Center (Director Yoon Young-ae) to promote children's rights and activate a culture of sharing.
The ceremony was attended by Park Byung-gi, Director of Good Neighbors Gwangju Jeonnam Headquarters, and Yoon Young-ae, Director of the Jeollanam-do Childcare Comprehensive Support Center.
Through this agreement, the two organizations agreed to establish an organic cooperation system and, based on mutual exchange and cooperation, to promote the development of community welfare through joint efforts such as providing educational programs, dispatching instructors, sharing information, and cooperating in institutional promotion.
Park Byung-gi, Director of Good Neighbors Gwangju Jeonnam Headquarters, said, "We are pleased to cooperate with the Jeonnam Provincial Childcare Comprehensive Support Center, which is working hard for the healthy growth of children in the region," and added, "Our Good Neighbors Gwangju Jeonnam Headquarters will also strive harder to create a world where children's rights are not violated and children themselves can voice their rights through various education and programs."
Yoon Young-ae, Director of the Jeonnam Provincial Childcare Comprehensive Support Center, stated, "The two organizations will work closely together not only to promote children's rights but also to provide necessary support to children in crisis families within the region."
Meanwhile, Good Neighbors Gwangju Jeonnam Headquarters collaborates with five branches within Gwangju Metropolitan City and Jeollanam-do, communicating with the community with business directions tailored to local needs, and carries out various projects to create a child-friendly region.
They actively conduct educational projects aimed at children and adolescents, the future leaders, to strengthen character, global citizenship, and rights practice capabilities, as well as campaigns to spread a culture of sharing and community organization projects.
