Supports 23 Languages Including Korean
[Asia Economy Reporter Jin-gyu Lee] Google Cloud announced on the 10th that it will support the 'Rapid Response Virtual Agent' program to quickly respond to customer inquiries related to the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19).
The Rapid Response Virtual Agent program is equipped with Google Cloud's 'Contact Center Artificial Intelligence (AI)' to provide a response line for customers through natural conversational services via chat and voice 24 hours a day.
This program is designed to support industries affected by COVID-19, such as government agencies, healthcare, public medical institutions, and non-profit organizations. Google’s conversational AI platform Dialogflow supports 23 languages including Korean, making it usable anywhere in the world.
Google stated about the program, "It can be quickly built and integrated with Google Cloud contact center, system integration (SI), and consulting partners such as Cisco, Avaya, Accenture, and Deloitte."
