The Blue House stated, "The NSC Standing Committee members reviewed the international community's response trends related to COVID-19 and agreed to continue efforts to protect overseas nationals and support businesspeople's overseas economic activities, while actively supporting requests for quarantine cooperation from countries around the world and participating in the international community's quarantine efforts."
In particular, the Blue House emphasized, "Through the ASEAN+3 video summit scheduled to be held next week, we will also strengthen cooperation with ASEAN countries to overcome the COVID-19 crisis."
Meanwhile, the Blue House stated, "The Standing Committee members reviewed the progress of the defense cost-sharing negotiations between South Korea and the United States and agreed to continue consultations between the two countries to reach an early agreement."
