[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Ji-eun] Hwang Kyo-ahn, leader of the United Future Party, stated on the 9th, "We must now wield the sword of judgment against this administration that is ruining the country."

On the same day, during a campaign rally in Gyo-nam-dong, Jongno, Hwang said, "The economic collapse is an issue for our generation, the next generation, and our grandchildren's generation."

Regarding the housing price issue, he said, "Even genuine buyers are being labeled as speculators. The government has been obsessed with suppressing demand, which has led to side effects such as rising housing prices, and every policy they have introduced has ultimately driven prices up. Since this administration took office, they have introduced 19 real estate policies, but as a result, housing prices have risen, forcing our young people to give up on the dream of owning a home with their own money, leading to a disastrous outcome for the nation."

Attending the rally were former lawmaker Kim Eul-dong, candidate Yoon Joo-kyung, lawmaker Kim Han-pyo, and co-chief campaign director Shin Se-don, among others.
