BNK Busan Bank announced on the 9th that it will launch the 'BNK Busan Bank Autumn Baseball Time Deposit' to support the success of the Busan-based professional baseball team, the Lotte Giants.
This time deposit has been Busan Bank's representative sports-linked marketing product, sold for 14 consecutive years since its first release in 2007. A portion of the sales amount is used as sponsorship funds to support the Choi Dong-won Memorial Foundation and youth baseball development.
It will be sold from the 10th until July 31, with a sales limit of 400 billion KRW. The subscription period is one year, and the minimum subscription amount is 3 million KRW.
The basic interest rate is 1.20% per annum for subscription amounts under 10 million KRW, and 1.35% per annum for amounts of 10 million KRW or more. Depending on the Lotte Giants' season performance and attendance, a preferential interest rate of up to 0.30 percentage points will be provided.
Additionally, an event will be held to offer an extra special preferential interest rate of 0.10 percentage points to the first 2,020 subscribers to help overcome the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19). Subscribers will also be given 3,000 free admission tickets to Lotte Giants home games on a first-come, first-served basis.
This product can be subscribed to through branch counters, internet banking, and mobile banking.
