Active Support for Issuance of Required Documents for Small Business Owners' Funding Application
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Yoon Jamin] Seo-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City announced on the 9th that it has expanded the installation of 'unmanned civil service issuance machines' to actively support the issuance of required documents for small business owners affected by COVID-19 to apply for financial support.
This additional installation was made due to the rapid increase in the demand for issuing various certificates for small business owners affected by the prolonged COVID-19 pandemic to apply for financial support.
Currently, the Small Enterprise and Market Service is conducting financial support projects targeting small business owners who have suffered direct or indirect damage from COVID-19.
Applications for small business support have been ongoing since February 13 and will continue until funds are exhausted, with about 400 people applying daily, creating a bustling situation.
Accordingly, Seo-gu newly installed an unmanned civil service issuance machine in the lobby on the first floor of the KDB Life Insurance Building, where the Gwangju Honam Regional Headquarters of the Small Enterprise and Market Service is located, to provide fast and stable certificate issuance services.
The KDB Life Insurance Building currently houses 26 companies, including the Small Enterprise and Market Service, with about 1,500 employees working there.
The unmanned civil service issuance machine can issue nine types of certificates, including resident registration certificates and family relation certificates. It operates from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
A Seo-gu official said, "We hope that the installation of this unmanned issuance machine will help small business owners smoothly apply for financial support," and added, "We will continue to conduct regular inspections for the convenience of users."
