[Asia Economy Intern Reporter Kim Yeon-ju] 'Radio Star' Im Young-woong revealed his unique views on marriage.
On the 8th episode of MBC's entertainment program 'Radio Star,' Im Young-woong, Young-tak, Lee Chan-won, and Jang Min-ho appeared as guests, continuing from last week.
During the broadcast, Im Young-woong caught attention by sharing something he definitely wants to do before getting married. He said, "I want to date for at least three years before marriage. Also, I want to live together before getting married," adding, "I think we should live together a little before marriage."
MC Kim Guk-jin asked, "What if you live together and find out you don't get along?" to which MC Ahn Young-mi replied, "Then you can just break up."
Im Young-woong responded, "If we don't get along, we can break up," and explained, "Because once I get married, I want it to last a long time. So I want to live together first and then decide. I'm thinking about a period of about three months," showing a cautious attitude toward marriage.
Young-tak mentioned the story behind his declaration of choosing to remain single on the radio. He said, "The writer asked me, 'Won't the fans dislike that?' so I said I would remain single," adding, "The fans said I should remain single for 5 to 7 years and even set a 'single declaration day.' I thought it was a big deal since I'm an only son," which made everyone laugh.
Jang Min-ho confessed, "Related search terms are 'married man' and 'marriage,'" and said, "After 'Mr. Trot' ended, I feel a little desire to get married."
Then Lee Chan-won recalled wearing thick-rimmed glasses as a child and said, "My eyesight was negative, but as soon as I turned 20, I had LASIK surgery," adding, "I took off my glasses because I wanted to date."
