[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Cheol-young] It has been confirmed that 126 countries have requested to import or receive support for Korean-made diagnostic kits.

According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on the 7th, the number of countries requesting diagnostic kit support through diplomatic channels has reached 100. Thirty-six countries requested import only, 28 countries requested humanitarian support only, and 36 countries requested both.

It was confirmed that 26 countries individually requested supply from Korean private companies. A Ministry of Foreign Affairs official stated that regarding the export of diagnostic kits to the United States, "contracts are being made and shipments are expected soon."
