Former Chief Lim said, "I understand that the hearts of Mokpo voters are especially complicated in this election. Nevertheless, I want to say a few words to the citizens of Mokpo," and added, "This election will decide whether the latter half of the Moon Jae-in administration will be stable or chaotic."

He continued, "If the United Future Party, which calls for regime judgment, becomes the first party even by a single seat nationwide, we can anticipate the chaos that will befall our politics and society," emphasizing this point. He also appealed, "What we must do is protect the Moon Jae-in administration and continue to advance the history of Kim Dae-jung, Roh Moo-hyun, and Moon Jae-in," adding, "No matter how outstanding, an individual cannot achieve this alone."

Former Chief Lim said, "If you ask whether candidate Kim is prepared, Kim gained experience at the Blue House during former President Kim Dae-jung’s era and also accumulated extensive experience as Senior Secretary for Political Affairs and Deputy Mayor for Political Affairs of Seoul," and confidently stated, "I can say with confidence that he is more than ready."

He went on, "Former President Kim always sought to nurture young political leaders during his lifetime. Now, I urge the citizens of Mokpo to raise such a person so that Mokpo and Honam can take the lead in renewing Korean politics," emphasizing, "Please hold Kim Won’s hand; we will surely repay you in April."

Meanwhile, former Chief Lim, who served as the first Chief of Staff under the Moon Jae-in administration, is traveling nationwide to support Democratic Party candidates. The day before, he visited Gwangju, and on the morning of this day, he visited his hometown, Jangheung.
