The house has a land area of 454㎡ and a total floor area of 324㎡, consisting of one basement floor and two above-ground floors.
According to the media, a real estate industry official speculated that the listed price of the house is lower than the actual transaction price, making it almost a quick sale.
Meanwhile, Song Hye-kyo debuted in 1996 as a CF model for 'Seonkyung Smart.' She gained public recognition by appearing in the drama 'Autumn in My Heart' aired in 2000. In 2016, she also received the Grand Prize at the KBS Drama Awards.
