[Today's Weather] Morning Commute Temperatures Drop Below Freezing... Daytime Highs 13~20°C

[Asia Economy Intern Reporter Park Hee-eun] Monday the 6th will be clear nationwide, but attention should be paid to the temperature difference between day and night.

According to the Korea Meteorological Administration, the morning low temperature is expected to be between -3 and 6 degrees Celsius due to the influence of cold air flowing in from the northwest. Some inland central regions may drop to as low as -5 degrees Celsius.

The daytime high temperature will range from 13 to 20 degrees Celsius. Temperatures, which will drop to around 0 degrees Celsius mainly in inland areas during the morning, are expected to rise from noon.

The morning low temperatures by region are ▲Seoul 3°C, ▲Incheon 5°C, ▲Suwon 1°C, ▲Chuncheon -1°C, ▲Gangneung 4°C, ▲Cheongju 3°C, ▲Daejeon 2°C, ▲Sejong -1°C.

The daytime high temperatures are expected to be ▲Seoul 16°C, ▲Incheon 13°C, ▲Suwon 16°C, ▲Chuncheon 18°C, ▲Gangneung 16°C, ▲Cheongju 18°C, ▲Daejeon 19°C, ▲Sejong 18°C.

The Korea Meteorological Administration stated, "Dryness warnings have been issued for most regions nationwide," and urged, "Please be especially careful to prevent various fires during outdoor activities."

Fine dust levels are expected to be 'normal' across all regions due to smooth atmospheric dispersion.
