[Asia Economy Reporter Kang Hyesoo] In the episode of 'Hyena' aired on the afternoon of the 4th, Yoon Hee-jae (played by Joo Ji-hoon) and Jung Geum-ja (played by Kim Hye-soo) were shown leaving Song & Kim and starting anew.
On that day, Ga Ki-hyuk (played by Jeon Seok-ho) meets Yoon Hee-jae separately and brings up a difficult topic. Ga Ki-hyuk confesses, "I met with the Bar Association investigation committee members today," and says, "They said Jung Geum-ja approached you pretending to be Kim Hee-sun. They also mentioned that it seemed like information was exchanged while you were dating." Surprised, Yoon Hee-jae listens as Ga Ki-hyuk continues, "This opportunity is really important to me. If I want to build my own team, you and lawyer Jung Geum-ja must not be around," and adds tearfully, "It may never happen, but if you ever become someone like me, you will understand my position."
In response to Ga Ki-hyuk's confession, Yoon Hee-jae says, "At least say sorry," and adds, "Say sorry as a colleague, as a friend. Is it too hard to say sorry?" which leaves Ga Ki-hyuk speechless. Then he adds, "Thank you for telling me before it got any later."
At the disciplinary committee, when asked if Jung Geum-ja and Yoon Hee-jae shared information, they both answer, "Never." When asked where they got information about Ha Chan-ho, Jung Geum-ja replies, "I am far superior to anyone else," and Yoon Hee-jae says, "Sometimes lawyer Jung Geum-ja can do what other lawyers cannot."
After leaving the disciplinary committee, Jung Geum-ja asks Yoon Hee-jae, "Where did the Kim Hee-sun story leak from?" and Yoon Hee-jae defends Ga Ki-hyuk, saying, "Everyone has their own circumstances."
At Chairman Ha's (played by Lee Do-kyung) mansion, Ha Hye-won (played by Kim Young-ah), Song Pil-joong (played by Lee Kyung-young), and Ha Jun-ho (played by Kim Han-soo) gather. Ha Hye-won points out that the stock price of Isum is falling, saying, "It means there is no trust in the new Isum CEO. This might lead to a collapse." Chairman Ha tells Ha Hye-won to help Ha Jun-ho, but Ha Hye-won gives a bitter smile.
Bu Hyun-ah (played by Park Se-jin) visits the hospital where Yoon Hee-jae's father is admitted to comfort Yoon Hee-jae. Bu Hyun-ah says, "I didn't come here as a team member," and adds, "I want to be a source of comfort or courage, but I am not in a position to do so, so I can only watch. That makes it even more painful." She also warmly says, "I don't think I can say this now or ever again. If lawyer Yoon asks for help, I will help no matter what. Use your smart junior lawyer as much as you want." However, Yoon Hee-jae replies, "One person having a hard time is enough, so I'll just accept your heart."
Meanwhile, Yoon Hee-jae asks his father, "Can you be honest?" but his father replies, "I won't say anything," and adds, "It's all for you." Yoon Hee-jae vows, "Reveal the fact that you are a scapegoat. Accept the wrongdoing and pay the price. I won't let you take the blame for things you didn't do."
While briefing his team about the Ha Chan-ho case, Jung Geum-ja receives a text message stating, "Expelled due to violation of Song & Kim's dignity and defamation," and becomes furious. Yoon Hee-jae, who was also expelled from Song & Kim along with Jung Geum-ja, hands over his office to Ga Ki-hyuk and leaves. As he packs his belongings and walks down the corridor, Jung Geum-ja gently holds Yoon Hee-jae's trembling hand in front of the elevator.
In the underground parking lot, Yoon Hee-jae encounters Song Pil-joong and declares, "Are you leaving without saying goodbye?" Song Pil-joong asks, to which Yoon Hee-jae responds, "I will summon you as a witness. Prepare yourself. You can look forward to it," issuing a declaration of war.
AP Ian buys a large amount of Isum stock, and Ha Hye-won warns Song Pil-joong not to trust him because of this, but Chairman Ha gets angry and collapses. Meanwhile, Kim Min-joo (played by Kim Ho-jung) suddenly appears at a meal with Kevin Jung and Song Pil-joong and tells Song Pil-joong, "You cannot become the owner," which makes Song Pil-joong explode in anger.
Yoon Hee-jae tells Kwon Yong-woon (played by Lee Ki-chan), "I will take charge of my father's defense, so don't be afraid and investigate thoroughly."
Jung Geum-ja and Yoon Hee-jae receive a two-year suspension of their lawyer licenses from the disciplinary committee. In response, the two return to Jung Geum-ja's former office and decide to continue handling the Ha Chan-ho case. Kim Chang-wook (played by Hyun Bong-sik) and Na Yi-joon (played by Jung Ji-hwan) also leave Song & Kim and join Yoon Hee-jae and Jung Geum-ja.
