He said, “Currently, Namwon City urgently needs to establish a 24-hour emergency medical system for infants and improve the childbirth environment,” and pledged, “We will definitely establish a public postpartum care center to improve the quality of medical services for mothers and newborns and to create a safe 24-hour child-rearing environment.”
