TS Trillion Achieves Consecutive Patents Related to Hair Loss!

According to TS Trillion (CEO Jang Gi-young), the manufacturer and seller of ‘TS Shampoo,’ which has firmly established itself as the undisputed number one brand in the domestic hair loss shampoo market, on the 1st, a ‘cosmetic composition using Fraxinus rhynchophylla extract’ that alleviates symptoms related to sebum control, hair, hair loss, and acne was patented by the Korean Intellectual Property Office.

Prior to this, on the 27th of last month, TS Trillion obtained Inno-Biz certification as a technology-innovative small and medium enterprise from the Ministry of SMEs and Startups. Additionally, patents were acquired for a ‘cosmetic composition for hair loss alleviation and hair growth promotion’ containing natural extracts as active ingredients, and for ‘Hojanggeun extract,’ which includes antifungal compositions used for the prevention, improvement, or treatment of dandruff.

Male pattern baldness is highly dependent on male hormones, so recent studies on hair loss prevention and treatment have focused on hormone activity suppression. To block the excessive production of dihydrotestosterone, the active form of male hormones produced by 5-alpha-reductase (5-α-Reductase), research is underway in various places to develop 5-alpha-reductase inhibitors that suppress excessive sebum secretion while simultaneously developing hair loss and acne prevention agents.

The Fraxinus rhynchophylla extract regulates male hormones and alleviates symptoms related to sebum control, hair, hair loss, and acne-causing bacteria. Based on these characteristics, related patents have been filed, and TS Trillion is continuously researching to create high-quality products unique to the company.

The head of TS Trillion’s research institute stated, “Fraxinus rhynchophylla extract inhibits the activity of 5-alpha-reductase (5-α-Reductase), which produces male hormones, reduces sebum secretion, and is effective in improving acne,” adding, “We have confirmed effects such as hair growth, increased tensile strength, prevention of hair loss, and skin improvement by reducing skin irritation.” He continued, “We will continue to research to develop high-quality products unique to TS and strive to repay the love of consumers.”
