Hyundai Engineering to Launch Sales of 'Hillstate Doan' in Daejeon This Month

[Asia Economy Reporter Yuri Kim] Hyundai Engineering announced on the 1st that it will sell "Hillstate Doan" in Doan New Town, Daejeon this month.

This complex will be developed as a residential officetel with a total of 392 units across 3 buildings, ranging from 5 basement floors to 29 above-ground floors, located at 677-1, 2 Yonggye-dong, Yuseong-gu, Daejeon. Hillstate Doan consists of 2 units of 27㎡A, 1 unit of 63㎡A, 217 units of 84㎡A, 106 units of 84㎡B, 54 units of 84㎡C, 6 units of 84㎡D, 4 units of 84㎡E, and 2 units of 84㎡F. Except for the 27-type and 63-type, all units correspond to approximately 25 pyeong in apartment standards.

Hillstate Doan will be developed in Doan 1 District. It is located at the very center of Doan New Town. Right in front of the complex, the Daejeon Urban Railway Line 2 tram (scheduled for 2025) will be available for direct use.
