[Asia Economy Reporter Jang Sehee] CI Tech announced on the 31st that it has decided to conduct a third-party allotment paid-in capital increase worth 1.6 billion KRW to raise operating funds.
The new shares consist of 3.1 million common stocks, with a par value of 500 KRW per share.
