Vietmate Signs Official Contract with Ralali, Indonesia's Largest B2B-Focused E-commerce Platform Following Vietnam

VIETMATE Co., Ltd., a tenant company of the ICT-Culture Convergence Center operated by the Ministry of Science and ICT and the National IT Industry Promotion Agency, announced on the 30th that it has signed an official contract with Indonesia's No.1 B2B e-commerce platform Ralali after about a year of business development discussions.

VIETMATE is a mobile-based trade platform that serves as a bridge to promote K-Beauty worldwide and help domestic small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) successfully enter the Southeast Asian market. The official contract to operate the Korean Pavilion with Ralali is expected to provide a new breakthrough for domestic SMEs preparing to enter the Indonesian market.

After the official contract takes effect (30 days), VIETMATE will gain the right to officially operate the main top banner of the Korean Pavilion on Ralali's homepage. Domestic SMEs can expose their products to B2B buyers and brand their companies through the banner operated by VIETMATE.

Additionally, from the second quarter of this year, VIETMATE will obtain the official Korean Pavilion operation rights in the ‘Korea-Indonesia direct cross-border business’ jointly launched with Ralali. The Korea-Indonesia direct cross-border business refers to a total fulfillment service that supports shipping products ordered by Indonesian B2B2C customers within the Ralali Korean Pavilion from VIETMATE’s Incheon logistics center directly to Indonesian individual customers.

The contract includes the right for VIETMATE to operate all services comprehensively, and it allows Korean companies to sell products without the complicated FDA certification procedures typically required when entering the Indonesian market.

Shin Deok-hwa, CEO of VIETMATE, explained, "VIETMATE’s characteristic is securing exclusive rights and authority through partners in each country before offering services to clients. This contract was signed with the same purpose after about two years of business development." He added, "We will continue to support trade services to help domestic SMEs quickly expand overseas while minimizing costs as much as possible."
