On the 30th, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China announced in a nationwide operating resumption briefing that "as of the 28th, the average operating resumption rate of industrial enterprises nationwide is 98.6%, and the on-site return rate of employees is 89.9%." It also reported that for small and medium-sized enterprises, the operating resumption rate was 76%, and the speed of factory operations has been accelerating since March.
