[Asia Economy Reporter Han Seung-gon] In Gangnam-gu, Seoul, COVID-19 confirmed cases were reported consecutively on the 28th and 29th at Tower Palace in Dogok-dong.
Gangnam-gu announced on the 29th that residents of the two buildings where the infected individuals live are being required to undergo COVID-19 testing.
Gangnam-gu decided to provide free testing until the 31st and disinfected the entrances and hallways of the two buildings. Tower Palace consists of seven buildings.
Meanwhile, similar to Tower Palace, at Seongsongu Seoul Forest The Sharp, a high-rise residential-commercial complex, a cluster infection occurred involving 13 confirmed cases, starting with a resident couple and spreading to the building manager, management office staff, and their families.
