1700 Households for Sale Nationwide Including Le El Sinbanpo in the First Week of April

[Asia Economy Reporter Choi Donghyun] In the first week of April, about 1,700 households will be offered for sale nationwide.


According to real estate research firm Dr. Apartment on the 29th, from March 30 to April 4, a total of 1,718 households will be supplied across five complexes nationwide. Model homes will open at four locations.


On March 30, subscription applications will begin at two sites: ▲Le El Sinbanpo ▲Busan Villiv Centro (officetel).


Le El Sinbanpo is a reconstruction project by Lotte Construction of Sinbanpo 14th Apartment in Jamwon-dong, Seocho-gu, Seoul, offering 67 units for general sale out of a total of 280 households ranging from 54 to 100㎡ (exclusive area). It is a prime location within a 5-minute walk from the Express Bus Terminal Station, a transfer station for subway lines 3, 7, and 9. Banpodaero, Sinbanporo, Olympic-daero, and Gangbyeonbuk-ro are nearby, facilitating easy access within central Seoul, and the Seoul Express Bus Terminal and Jamwon IC on the Gyeongbu Expressway are also close.


On March 31, subscription applications will start at three locations: ▲Siheung Janghyeon Youngmu Yedam ▲Daegu Banwoldang Station Seohan Forest ▲Suncheon Kumho Eoullim The Park Phase 2.


Siheung Janghyeon Youngmu Yedam is a complex built by Youngmu Construction in B9 block of Janghyeon District, Janggok-dong, Siheung-si, Gyeonggi-do, offering 747 units of 84㎡. The Wolgot-Pangyo Line Janggok Station, located right in front of the complex, is scheduled to open in 2025, which is expected to greatly improve access to the metropolitan area including Gwangmyeong, Anyang, and Seongnam Pangyo.


Four model homes are scheduled to open this week. On April 3, ▲Incheon Hoban Summit Sky Central ▲Daegu Beomeo Ssangyong The Platinum (mixed-use residential and officetel) ▲Busan Sasang Jungheung S-Class Grand Central are set to open.


▲Incheon Hoban Summit Sky Central and ▲Daegu Beomeo Ssangyong The Platinum (mixed-use residential and officetel) have canceled in-person model home visits and will replace them with cyber model houses to prevent and contain the spread of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19).
