In the broadcast, Jung Geumja, who was commissioned to handle the acquisition and merger of Gnosis Pharmaceutical, targets the weakness of Baek Heejoon (played by Oh Yunhong), the cult leader of the pseudo-religion Trinity and the actual owner of Gnosis. That weakness was the fact that Baek Heejoon had confined, assaulted, and threatened her daughter Baek Woonmi (played by Moon Yewon). Jung Geumja, who herself was a victim of domestic violence, tries to use this to resolve the case. Yoon Heejae (played by Joo Jihoon) worries about Jung Geumja, but she confidently replies, "The most useless worries are worries about celebrities and worries about Jung Geumja."
Jung Geumja storms into Baek Heejoon's gathering, scattering the complaint papers and warning, "Today is the entrance to hell," threatening to show a real hell if Gnosis is not handed over. In response, Baek Heejoon transfers his shares of Gnosis on the condition that the lawsuit is withdrawn and no further financial or legal issues will be raised. As a result, the acquisition and merger of AP Ian and Gnosis proceeded smoothly according to the client Kevin Jung's (played by Kim Jaecheol) request.
Meanwhile, Yoon Heejae is struggling with the partial amendment of the inheritance tax and gift tax law, which he was working on under the direction of Song Piljoong (played by Lee Kyungyoung). Especially, comparing himself to his older brother Yoon Hyukjae (played by Kim Youngjae), who is called a strict judge, he feels disillusioned with his lawyer work. At that moment, needing comfort, Yoon Heejae visits Jung Geumja. Sensing that Yoon Heejae is in trouble because of the case he is currently handling, Jung Geumja quietly comforts him with soju.
Meanwhile, both Jung Geumja's and Yoon Heejae's phones ring simultaneously. Jung Geumja receives a call from Jo Wooseok (played by Park Sooyoung), secretary to Ha Chanho (played by Ji Hyunjun), and Yoon Heejae receives a call from CEO Song. They rush to the same location and witness Ha Chanho, covered in blood and unconscious, with Seo Jeonghwa (played by Lee Jooyeon) lying dead behind him.
The 11th episode of 'Hyena,' aired on the 27th, recorded ratings of 10.3% and 11.6% for parts 1 and 2 respectively in the metropolitan area (provided by Nielsen Korea). The peak rating rose to 12.8%, and the 2049 demographic ratings were 4.4% for part 1 and 5.3% for part 2.
