[Asia Economy Reporter Seulgina Jo] Park Jung-ho, CEO of SK Telecom, participates in a relay campaign to help flower farmers struggling due to the spread of the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19), nominated by Kim Jung-tae, Chairman of Hana Financial Group.
On the 27th, through SK Telecom's official Facebook, CEO Park stated, "If we continue this campaign of conveying hearts through flowers, flower farmers will be able to smile again."
He said, "I want to express my gratitude with flowers to the employees who are doing their best on the front lines," and "I also send congratulatory bouquets to the new employees starting fresh at SK Telecom."
The 'Relay Campaign to Help Flower Farmers' is conducted in a way similar to the 'Ice Bucket Challenge,' where participants nominate the next person to join the campaign. CEO Park nominated Ko Dong-jin, President of Samsung Electronics, and Lee Seok-hee, CEO of SK Hynix, as the next participants.
