[Spring Sale Blossoms] Hub of Top-Tier Transportation, Education, and Living Infrastructure, 'Hoban Summit Mokdong'

[Asia Economy Reporter Chunhee Lee] Hoban Construction, which recently entered the reconstruction bidding battle in the Banpo area, the center of the Gangnam district, is launching its first Seoul sale of the year in Yangcheon-gu.

Hoban Construction plans to launch sales next month for 'Hoban Summit Mokdong' in Sinjeong-dong, Yangcheon-gu, Seoul. This complex redeveloped the Sinjeong 2-2 district and consists of 7 buildings ranging from 3 basement floors to 19 above-ground floors, totaling 407 households. Among them, 238 units are for general sale, with housing types of ▲59㎡ (exclusive area) 80 units ▲84㎡ 158 units.

The biggest advantage of this complex is its excellent infrastructure. It is a station-area complex located a 5-minute walk from Sinjeongnegeori Station on Subway Line 2. It is also adjacent to major road networks such as Gyeongin Expressway, Nambu Beltway, and Seobu Arterial Road.

Educational infrastructure is also excellent. Nammyung Elementary, Yangmyung Elementary, and Shinseo Middle School are located right near the complex, and Shinseo High School and Baegam High School are also nearby. Additionally, the Mokdong academy district, one of Seoul's three major academy areas, is adjacent, which is expected to result in high satisfaction among parent applicants.
