On the 26th, on TV Chosun's 'Taste of Mr. Trot,' Lim Young-woong received the winner's special song, "Now Trust Only Me," from composer Jo Young-soo.
During the broadcast, Lim Young-woong sang the new song, and Jo Young-soo praised him, saying, "You do so well. Your voice is very good." He then explained, "The genre is pop trot. Simply put, it feels like adult pop music. Your greatest strength is your ability to convey lyrics as if you are telling a story. I wrote the song so that your voice can shine the most."
He also said, "The lyrics were written by Kim Eana. What's amazing is that I wrote the song quickly. But Kim Eana also said she wrote the lyrics right away. Seeing that, I thought, 'This will go well,' and it feels good."
In response, Lim Young-woong said emotionally, "It's so amazing to have my name alongside Jo Young-soo and Kim Eana."
