At the shareholders' meeting, all three agenda items, including the report on the previous year's financial statements, △appointment of directors △appointment of outside directors as audit committee members △amendment of the articles of incorporation, were resolved as originally proposed.
The main contents of the financial statements included a consolidated net profit of 84.9 billion KRW and a cash dividend of 73 KRW per share, which was decided through a board resolution in February. The total dividend amount was 29.3 billion KRW.
For the appointment of directors, the agenda for the new appointment of Kim Young-seok, current Group Chief Financial Officer of DGB Financial Group, as a non-executive director, and Choi Young-ho, former head of Samsung Group's China Strategy Cooperation Office, as an outside director, was passed. In addition, through the amendment of the articles of incorporation, a mid-term dividend clause was newly established as part of shareholder-friendly management.
