According to Daegu City on the 26th, as of the previous day (the 25th), one cook at With Hospital, a psychiatric hospital in Dalseo-gu, tested positive, and 10 others related to nursing hospitals were also newly confirmed positive on the same day: eight at Hansarang Nursing Hospital in Seo-gu, one caregiver at Kimshin Nursing Hospital in Suseong-gu, and one patient at Baeseong Hospital.
Complete diagnostic testing of workers at psychiatric hospitals in Daegu has been completed. Among the 1,700 people tested, aside from the one confirmed case at With Hospital, 846 tested negative, and the remaining 160 are awaiting test results.
As of the 26th, the comprehensive testing rate for social welfare living facilities and nursing hospitals in Daegu reached 98.9%. Among the 33,610 people targeted for testing by this day, 256 (0.7%) tested positive. 354 people were excluded from testing due to reasons such as long-term hospitalization or returning home.
