[Asia Economy Reporter Han Seung-gon] As Jo Joo-bin (25), the operator of the 'n번방' who threatened minors and women to produce sexual exploitation materials and distributed them on Telegram for money, was apprehended, the crime-ridden 'n번방' case is coming to light. In particular, it has been revealed that there was also a conspiracy to sexually assault young girls in the 'n번방,' which is expected to cause a stir.

On the 26th, according to Telegram chat logs obtained by Asia Economy, presumed to be from participants involved in the 'n번방' case, they posted a photo of a young girl and continued sexual conversations.

Participant A said, "When shall we try it?" and added, "I did it boldly during middle school," suggesting, "Let's do it today." Then, the other party B replied, "I have done OOOOO while changing diapers. It was exciting."

Then A asked to see the face of the person they were considering as a target, saying, "I'm curious. If too young, I don't get excited."

In response, B said, "Face?" and posted a photo of a young girl in the chat room.

The girl in the photo appears to be a few months old, tilting her head while looking at the camera and holding a toy phone. B, who posted the photo, said, "I'll take a picture if I get the chance." Then A replied, "If you take that, you'll really become famous."

B continued to discuss sexual violence against young girls in another chat window presumed to be a different chat room.

Participant C in this room talked about how to commit sexual violence against young girls without getting caught.

C argued that the level of crime against adult women is not applicable, saying, "Doctors know everything if you go to the hospital." Then D said, "Mothers watch with eagle eyes, so you can't even touch properly." He added, "These days, mothers are really scary."

When D said, "It must be hard to see young girls' OO," someone else replied, "Aren't you disappointed?" and D responded with "kkkkkkkkkkk" (laughing).

Meanwhile, there was a Telegram user who openly sold videos that sexualized young girls. The user said, "Selling OO videos, average age 4 to 6 years old, free gift with purchase over 30,000 won," and disclosed their Telegram ID.

As the so-called 'n번방' case brutally trampled on the human rights of women indiscriminately, including minors and young girls, the government announced it would take strong action through thorough investigations and severe punishment.

Earlier, on the 23rd, President Moon Jae-in stated through the Blue House spokesperson, "The police should not limit investigations to the operators of the n번방 but need to investigate all members of the n번방," and added, "If necessary, a special investigation team should be strongly established in addition to the Cyber Safety Division of the National Police Agency."

National Police Agency Commissioner Min Gap-ryong, regarding five public petitions requesting strict investigation and disclosure of personal information of the Telegram 'Doctor's Room' operator run by Jo Joo-bin and its members, said during a live broadcast answering Blue House public petitions, "As the Commissioner of the National Police Agency, I feel a heavy responsibility. Digital sex crimes not only destroy a person's soul but also threaten the social community, so with the determination to completely eradicate such heinous crimes, we will employ all possible means to track down and arrest producers, distributors, as well as accomplices and abettors to the end."
