[Asia Economy Reporter Park Jong-il] Geumcheon-gu (Mayor Yoo Seong-hoon) is conducting the ‘Amu Nori Challenge’ program at the Geumcheon-gu Healthy Family and Multicultural Family Support Center (Director Jeon Jong-mi) to support families actively practicing social distancing campaigns.

The ‘Amu Nori Challenge’ is a program that delivers various DIY (do-it-yourself) play kits that families can enjoy together to their homes, and provides souvenirs to those who send certification photos after playing in their own unique way.

The DIY play kits consist of 10 types of play materials such as making and drawing, allowing families to enjoy various kinds of play together.

The program will be conducted from March 25 for the first 100 families residing in Geumcheon-gu on a first-come, first-served basis until the play kits run out.

Residents who wish to participate can apply by sending a text message with the content ‘Amu Nori Challenge application_name’ to ☏010-8681-7743.

Jeon Jong-mi, Director of the Geumcheon-gu Healthy Family and Multicultural Family Support Center, said, “We planned the Amu Nori Challenge to bring small daily happiness to Geumcheon-gu families who are going through difficult times due to COVID-19,” and added, “We hope families communicate through play and create joyful memories through the Amu Nori Challenge.”
