Special Lectures for 2 Weeks Aligned with School Opening Delay
"Also Available on YouTube"
[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Hyun-joo] Due to the postponement of the start of the school term for elementary, middle, and high schools, a surge in users accessing the 'EBS Live Special Lecture' scheduled to be broadcast for two weeks from the 23rd caused connection errors.
According to the Ministry of Education, access disruptions occurred on the EBS elementary and middle school sites for 50 minutes starting at 9 a.m. that day.
The Ministry of Education stated, "You can watch by searching for EBS on YouTube," and added, "The live special lectures held today will be sequentially uploaded on the EBS site after the broadcast ends, so they can be watched again."
Meanwhile, to fill the gap in classes caused by the prolonged school closure, the Ministry of Education will conduct EBS live special lectures until April 3. For elementary school grades 3 to 6, the lectures will be held on weekdays from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.; for middle school grades 1 to 3, from 9 a.m. to 12:40 p.m.; for high school grade 1, from 9 a.m. to 12:50 p.m.; and for high school grades 2 and 3, on weekdays from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
