On the 20th, Merkel received a pneumococcal vaccine from the said doctor. The spokesperson said that Merkel will undergo testing within the next few days and will continue to work from home for the time being.
Merkel, who is 65 years old this year, was surrounded by health concerns last July when she showed symptoms of full-body shaking at an official event.
