Donation of 9 Masks and 200,000 KRW in Cash to Doksan 1-dong Resident Center Branch for Basic Livelihood Recipients with Physical Disabilities

[Asia Economy Reporter Park Jong-il] Around 1 PM on the 18th, a special guest visited the Geumcheon-gu Doksan 1-dong Community Service Center branch.

The guest, who did not reveal their identity, handed a shopping bag to Lee Beom-soon, the head of the Doksan 1-dong Community Service Center branch, and quickly left the branch.

Inside the shopping bag was a handwritten note that read, "I am a recipient of Grade 2 physical disability benefits. I want to give back because the country and its people have helped me," along with 200,000 won in cash and 9 masks.

Lee Beom-soon, head of the Doksan 1-dong Community Service Center branch, said, "During this difficult time for everyone due to COVID-19, all the staff at the branch were moved by the guest’s heart to consider others before their own difficulties," and added, "We will use this precious gift meaningfully to help neighbors in need."
